１．水道管、蛇口、水道メーター、止水栓などの凍結予防対策の実施
２．山間部など走行するための、冬用タイヤやチェーンの準備
３．生活必需品（食料や常備薬等）の備蓄
４．暖房用燃料（灯油等）の確保
５．停電時に必要となる懐中電灯、使い捨てカイロ、ラジオ等の用意
６．不要不急の外出を控えるとともに、早めの帰宅を心がける
